I often read people wondering when we finally take action towards a healthier planet. I'd prefer to see messages that respect people who already take action. There are many, for example Jedidah and friends. Thank you for your very important contribution! #sustainableLiving Loading... Twitter Embed Code Retweet text: Mass tree 🌲🌲🌲 planting.

Last week I asked what do you think is the definition of healthy by World Health Organization (WHO). - 57% answered complete well-being - 30% answered absence of illness - 13% answered good physical condition The correct answer is indeed complete well-being: "Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity" (WHO) I agree and they are interconnected: e.g. a healthy body fosters a healthy mind. When I occasionally drive a car, I make sure that I have as many good driving habits as possible. I already am - opening window instead of using air conditioning (#51), - reducing speed on motorway (#158), - driving at constant speed (#191) - switching off engine at standstill (#192), - increasing air pressure to reduce friction (#205) and - driving a smaller car (#223). In addition, it is possible to accelerate slowly, for example after having waited for a red sign. It saves fuel but also puts less pressure on the car, so that it lasts longer.
