Paying even when not using it

Paying but not using it.

Sounds odd, but more common than you think:

I guess you also have clothes you never wear?

And less obvious, this happens with cars too:

When you don't use your car, you still pay insurance.

That's why I love carsharing:

I only pay when I use one.
