Resourcefulness or resources?

In Germany, many people have a job as they feel that's safe,

but the pandemic showed it's not.

That's why I value resourcefulness:

having the right knowledge and skills allow me to find a way

even with limited resources (e.g. money)

And, I get to keep it!
