#671 - Boiling e.g. rice and vegetable in pressure cooker

Boiling something in a pressure cooker is more energy efficient than in a normal pan.

I already knew this, but forgot.

So, in between writing this, I have put a message in a Facebook group which is dedicated to sharing stuff, asking whether someone has one unused.

This is better than buying a new one in a shop.
