The "Day before bakery"

Where I live is a special bakery.

It's name is "Pastries from the day before" but often called "Day before bakery". 

They sell bread that would otherwise be thrown away,

for example because it's from the day before or it doesn't look good enough.

A great way to reduce food waste!
