Inner peace can only be found within ourselves

In one of my magazines, I read something I agree with: Inner peace doesn't mean staying in a peaceful place free of noise and trouble. True inner peace means keeping a calm heart in the midst of chaos; it cannot be found in our environment, but only in ourselves.
