Being kind to myself

50 days into my 365 Clover Challenge: 

I read about how beneficial it is to speak positive words to yourself. I didn't realize, but that is what I do: when I for example forget or spill something, I think "oops!" and get it sorted out, instead of calling myself a dumbhead. It makes me feel much better.
