Moving an anthill

3 days into my 365 Clover Challenge: 

On TV, I heard an expert tell how ants move their anthill: one ant looks for a better place and once he has found it, he keeps inviting other ants to join building it. I feel like that ant as I'll continue inviting to join me in this Sustainable Decisions movement.
