Larva in collar of an old jacket

353 days into my 365 Sustainable Decisions Challenge:

Today, I was a bit shocked to find this in the collar of an old jacket. When I saw it, I at first thought it was dog poo. But it didn't smell. After investigating it further, I found it to be rock hard and a larva in it. Do you know what insects these are? Wasps?
