Lesson learned: listen first

"That is wrong!" 

That is what someone said vehemently to me last week when I shared my point of view. 

Instead of arguing I asked: "What is wrong for you?" 

I'm glad I did as it turned out that he misunderstood me and even has the same point of view!

Lesson learned: listen first.
