How I got a fresh potato from my bin

108 days into my 365 Clover Challenge: 

On 🍀Day 84, I shared that a plant started growing in my compost bin. Today, I was flabbergasted when I noticed that it is indeed a potato. It looks delicious and ready to be harvested. And so I did: my first home grown potato.
