A headache is a sign for me

77 days into my 365 Clover Challenge: 

Today, I had a headache. I haven't taken a pain killer, as a headache is a sign of my body that I need to do something differently. If I would kill the pain, I wouldn't hear the sign, would continue as I'm used to and exhaust myself. So listening is more sustainable.
