Turning down streetlights to save energy

78 days into my 365 Clover Challenge: 

I recently walked through a street and wondered whether I was going crazy, as I thought to perceive that the streetlights became brighter. The next time I went there, I paid attention and it happened again. So I'm not going crazy, this is called saving energy.
